We are an Bedford based Domiciliary Care Agency providing flexible care & support to people aged 18+ as well as adults over 65. Our services operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and aim to provide you with the best support possible at affordable prices for everyone.
Domiciliary Care
Assisting you in your own home after a period of illness is a re-assuring option as opposed to an extended hospital stay. We can assist in many ways, including:
- Bathing, getting dressed/undressed
- Meal preparation & feeding
- Medication prompts & administration
- Mobilisation assistance i.e. walking aids
Companionship Care
Emotional support and companionship for individuals who are vulnerable to loneliness but otherwise generally healthy and wishing to maintain independence at home. Some of our services includes:
- Escorting to social activities/events
- Escorting to GP/hospital appointments
- Light house-keeping & other household chores
- Running errands such as grocery shopping
Respite Care
Temporary service for those supporting a loved one at home. The aim of Respite Care is to give relief to a person’s usual care whilst still providing support for them. Our services includes:
- Housekeeping, gardening & other household chores
- Escorting to GP/hospital appointments
- Application of creams/ointments & medication administration
- Conversing & listening, social activities
Palliative / End of Life Care
Providing support for clients with a terminal illness in the last months/years of their life as well as providing support for their families. Also suitable for people with a serious illness who are receiving treatment. Our services includes:
- Helping you to make smooth transitions from hospital to home care etc.
- Mental, physical and emotional support for you & your loved ones
- Support for your present condition and your future needs
- Helping to set goals for the future leading to a meaningful, enjoyable life whilst undergoing treatment
Supported Living Care
Our Carers are committed to providing a bespoke supported living care & live-in care services tailored to the individual’s needs ensuring that they are supported in their own environment setting. Our services includes:
- Housekeeping, gardening & other household chores
- Escorting to GP/hospital appointments
- Application of creams/ointments & medication administration
- Conversing & listening, social activities

Caring for somone that has a mental health condition can be difficult and frustrating that is why our carers have plenty of experience and the neccessary training to support you.

Caring for someone with a learning disability can be difficult that is why our carers are expertly trained to support people with learning disabilities.

Caring for someone that has a physical diasbility is hard if you dont have any knowledge that is why our carers are expertly trained to support people with physical diabilities.

Yes, our care workers can follow your instructions or help by prompting or administering your medication. It makes it easier and less likely for a mistake to happen if you can have a blister pack prepared for you by your pharmacist.
The best way to solve this is to have a key-safe fitted to the outside of your property. This allows your care workers that will be told the combination code to let themselves in when they arrive.
Our carers will stay for as long as you need granted that your service package covers it. In the case your usual carer is off or on holiday we will send another carer that you are familiar with.
No we are dedicated to finding to or three caregivers that are right for you and are dedicated to you. Depending on how many hours you use our service per week and which services you require will depend on how many caregivers you will have. Our caregivers are very important to us and their clients and we want to make sure they have personal time to regain their energy so they can be the most helpful for you.
You will receive an invoice from Heart to Heart Integrated Care and pay us directly. All of the caregivers at Heart to Heart Integrated Care are employees of Health2Health, so we will pay them taking care of all the taxes and insurances.
